Here are a few tips to help you get over your hangover if you have had a little too much fun!
–Drink water: Being hydrated is always important, but especially so when you are trying to flush out alcohol. To help prevent a hangover, drink one glass of water after each alcoholic drink. And for the day after if you aren’t feeling great, it is recommended to drink between 2-3 liters.
–Support your liver: Brassica vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts) contain enzymes that support liver detox. Make sure to eat plenty of them before and after you drink alcohol.
