Tips for Dieting While Taking Skinny Fiber Weight Loss Supplement

Yes, I know a New Year has begun and we all look at our waistlines and go Hmmmmm….. Well not all is lost.  Skinny Fiber is probably the best weight loss supplement I have taken in years.  It is one that gives you results and you actually learn how to keep the weight off by having good dietary advice.  They have forums and support groups where other people help to boost your motivation and self confidence.  I have truely enjoyed my skinny fiber weight loss experience.

Here are some of the things that I have learned:

1 – Skinny Fiber is not a Magic Pill!!  I think a lot of people have the misconception that if you take this pill the weight will magically disappear.  It will disappear if you have the right eating, excercise and mental habits.

2 – Cut out as much sugar as you can.  We drink a lot of our calories in sodas and sweet tea.  You should try really hard to cut these beverages out as much as you can.

3-  Drink a good bit of water.  Usually between 8-12 glasses a day will do the trick.  I have also learned that if you take a water bottle and sip water through out the day it is better for you then just chugging water.  Your body is only able to absorb so much at a time so when you chug water the rest that is not absorbed is excreted.

4 – Also, cut out as much dairy as you can.  Things such as Milk, cheese etc…. Dairy has a tendency to bloat you.  I have found that a really good replacement for milk is Coconut Milk.  It has a lot of good benefits for the body and it is a good fat.  Meaning that it is used in the body and ads extra energy.  I usually have an 8 oz. cup in the morning and then in the afternoon.

5 – Eat Clean!!!!  I cannot emphasize this enough.  You want to eat lean protein meats, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables.  I have found that if I go to the grocery store and stay on the edges to shop I have usually picked better foods to prepare.  Example – I start in the vegetable section then go to the meat section and on to the dairy section where I pick up some coconut milk and yougurt.

6 – Last but not least, Excercise.  You should probably try to excercise at least 30 minutes a day.  Make this time fun.  Meaning, get a friend to walk with or make it a play date with your children.  They love to get out and run around.

7 – Ok this is the Last and I think the most important – BELIEVE IN YOURSELF- because only you can change you.
